Anxiety doesn’t come out of nowhere. It often builds over time—through perfectionism, difficult relationships, or experiences that taught you to stay on guard or second-guess yourself. It can leave you feeling a little lost and not sure what to do next.

Hi! I am Kimberly Rudy and I provide anxiety therapy for women in San Francisco and throughout California who are dealing with constant worries, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm. Many of the women I work with have been carrying stress, pressure, or the weight of past experiences for a long time—and it has become too much. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more in control, and less overwhelmed by what’s happening inside.

We’ll also pay attention to how anxiety shows up in your body, not just your thoughts, so you can start to feel more calm and regulated day to day.

Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and real. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you show up. This is a space where you can be honest about what’s going on and feel supported as you sort through it. We’ll work through what you’ve been experiencing, while also making space for relief, clarity, and, at times, a bit of laughter along the way. We typically meet weekly to help you build momentum, while always going at a pace that feels right for you.

Integrative Anxiety Therapy for Women

I’m an integrative therapist who helps women better understand and manage anxiety—both in the mind and the body. My approach is flexible and tailored to you, drawing from:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) / Parts Work

  • Insight-Oriented Therapy

  • Mindfulness and Mind-Body Techniques

My approach emphasizes the connection between the body and the mind, helping you understand how anxiety, depression, and trauma show up both psychologically and somatically. Together, we’ll focus on helping you understand your anxiety, reduce overwhelm, and develop a more supportive relationship with yourself—so you can move through your life with more ease and confidence.

I offer in-person therapy for women in San Francisco in Hayes Valley and online therapy throughout California.

My fee is $200 per session, and I’m happy to provide superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
